The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for providing organizational and project based support to attorneys and teams from case inception through fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and support, and case closure. The Litigation Paralegal will support teams through the discovery process including assisting with requests and responses; document productions including preparation, review, processing, and tracking; and depositions; support teams through motion practice; participate in due diligence, privilege and other reviews of client records and file; conduct statutory, regulatory or factual research with respect to client maters; obtain services from outside contractors. Process billing and disbursement paperwork in connection with those services; act as liaison for the project team with support staff and other offices of the Firm. Other litigation related duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certification.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of litigation experience as a paralegal.
Knowledge of eDiscovery tools, workflows, and litigation hold process.
Experience with Relativity and working directly with Litigation Support Technology designing and managing databases in Relativity.
Aptitude for detail and efficiency.
Ability to work under pressure with or without direct supervision and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work over time.
Strong Microsoft Office skills a must.

- Respond to litigation discovery and third party subpoenas
- Manage multiple litigation and abritration matters
- Ensure all litigation hold inventory
- Providing litigation paralegal support to the firm in all practice areas
- Prepare litigation report to auditors
- Assisting senior attorneys on a variety of litigation matters
- Update litigation files, including complaints, pleadings and settlement documents
- Set up and maintain litigation files for each material litigation matter involving the Company and subsidiaries organizing litigation matters
