A prestigious firm is seeking a new litigation paralegal for their booming LA office. This paralegal will assist with complex commercial, IP, and employment litigation.
The ideal paralegal will have 3+ years of litigation experience. This paralegal will be responsible for preparing for assisting with cases from inception through trial. This paralegal will prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, as well as conduct legal research, assist with motions and briefs, calendar, and conduct document review. This paralegal will have the opportunity to present and assist during trial.
