Litigation Attorney – Probate Litigation – Entry Level

Growing estate planning law firm seeks Probate Litigation Attorney. No previous experience in practice area required.

This is a great opportunity for a newly CA-barred attorney. Firm is seeking someone genuinely interested in the specific practice of probate litigation and will mentor this new Associate within the nuanced field. i

Any previous experience in litigation is a plus, but not required.

Must have strong academic credentials from a reputable ABA-approved law school, and strong writing skills, exemplified through writing samples and previous experience with moot court/law review.
