Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Mid-Senior Associate Attorney role with Salisian – Lee LLP. The Mid-Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration, including preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings, arguing motions in court and making other court appearances, interfacing and building relationships with clients, taking and defending depositions, and preparation for and participation in trials. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office location in Los Angeles, CA.
