Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Job Details

Full-time junior litigation associate

  • Represent victims of unlawful workplace discrimination, harassment, wage theft and/or other violations of California employment laws including the FEHA and/or violations of the Labor Code on a class-wide basis.
  • Written discovery in both state and federal court
  • Drafting various pleadings and complex motions
  • Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict

CA Bar License (Required)
litigation: 1-3 years (Preferred)
