Los Angeles office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload. Will conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Review and analyze discovery requests. Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings. Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing. Trial preparation and support. Maintain accurate time records. Asbestos litigation experience required. Must be admitted to practice in California. Should have experience with motion practice and depositions. Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions needed.
The candidate should have Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Must work in an organized and efficient manner. Should have superior research and writing skills.
