The Frame.io Support team delivers solutions, troubleshoots issues, and provides an over-and-above positive experience for customers in 180 countries. This Line Producer role will liaise with the broader Frame.io marketing and innovation teams along with the Managing Producer, Director, and Production Crew to manage, guide, and problem solve throughout all phases of production. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and ambitious problem solver.What you’ll doSupport Managing Producer in customizing, maintaining, and overseeing the production schedule and team schedule, including budgets and vendorsWork closely with Production Management to align on all aspects of production across multiple project lanes.Partner with the Finance and Ops departments regularly for budget updates and cost reportsPartner with Post Production to ensure that all production elements meet delivery requirementsInitiate vendor agreements as needed for casting directors/voice directors, recording studios, and external parties.Partner with both creative and technical groups to ensure that our plans for creative and practical goals can be deliveredAssess, manage, and communicate series production schedules and complexities with internal teams, marketing partners, and external services.Customize and maintain all aspects of production reporting.Support departments with problem solving, anticipating and forecasting needs and concerns, and providing solutionsSome travel as neededWhat you need to succeed4 years experience as a Line Producer, Associate Producer in the professional video spaceMust be based in Los Angeles, CAExpert understanding of complex tools and workflowsStrong ability to manage and partner with high-level creative personalitiesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; providing candid, helpful, and timely feedback to colleaguesExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailExperience in Frame.io (preferred) and Microsoft OfficeFrameio-All1
