Light Assembly – 2nd Shift

Duties & Responsibilities: Use of tweezers, magnification, and automated assembly machines Assembly of small orthodontic devices per specification Visually inspect parts to ensure quality Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic reading, math, and computer skills Previous manufacturing experience a plus Must be able to remain seated for 8-10 hours per day Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Exceptional finger dexterity Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time Competitive Pay & Benefits: $2.00 per hour shift premium Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance HSA and FSA accounts 401k with company match and profit sharing Tuition reimbursement
