About the Role: You’ll play a crucial role in supporting students with learning differences and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. From conducting psychological assessments to providing counseling and support, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities: Diagnose and implement intervention strategies to address educational, behavioral, or developmental issues. Counsel students and families to help them overcome challenges and adjust to school life. Collaborate with school-based personnel and participate in IEP meetings as needed. Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports for stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on best practices and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications: Master’s degree in education or psychology-related field. Licensed specialist in school psychology with at least 2 years of school-based experience. Experience with teletherapy and virtual administration of assessments preferred. Strong technology skills and the ability to work in a distraction-free environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: This position may require extended periods of sitting and computer use. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed. Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $50 to $65, based on experience and qualifications.
