Licensed Property and Casualty CSR Advantage Resourcing is looking for a Louisiana licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Rep.
Job Functions : Deepening relationships with current customers.
Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing new business.
Developing ongoing networking relationships with Small Business owners – such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.
Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
Executing agency best practices with focus on efficiency and creating exemplary customer experience Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Creating new insurance opportunities with both existing and new customers.
Participating and contributing to positive team spirit and climate Required Skill: Property & Casualty license Life & Health license Mortgage license a plus Sales Experience (preferred) 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience (preferred) Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
