General Liability Claims Adjuster
– Commercial Lines Liability Claims
Excellent opportunity to be able to telecommute, work from home, as a commercial general liability claims adjuster, handling a caseload of claims for primarily self insured public entity accounts.
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, analyzing, processing, litigation management, negotiating and settling moderate to complex general liability claims.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Evaluating coverage
Identifying and investigation of issues
Determine extend of financial exposure on claims and setting appropriate reserves
Handiling litigation direction and management
Attend mediations and settlement conferences, when necessary
Identifying potential fraud
All other issues to bring claims to resolution
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years handling commercial lines general liability claims and/or public entity claims, or a combination of both.
This position will be primary an inside position but there will be some limited field work.

Candidates can live anywhere in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County/Inland Empire/San Fernando Valley areas.
