Legal Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking candidates for a Legal Systems Administrator position located within our client’s Dayton office.

The Legal Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the IS functions in the Dayton office supporting all firm users with any hardware/software questions or issues, and working closely with IS personnel at other offices to provide a total support package to all users.

Specific duties include: Software/hardware support and troubleshooting for the Dayton office, secondarily for the firm; Manage and set-up video conference equipment for associated meetings; Maintaining an open line of communication with the Office Manager and local Office Partner in Charge; Providing remote user access support (Outlook and Citrix); Supporting the Practice Technologies area and their initiatives; Coordinating voice system moves, adds and changes; Informing help desk staff and other IS personnel of support issue status; Organizing PC, laptop and printer refresh; Supporting the personnel status change, new hire, and departure processes; Assisting in firm wide IS projects as needed.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of five years of experience providing IS support to users, preferable in a professional services environment.

Seeking candidates who have experience working in a fast paced, high demand environment with tight deadlines.

Previous experience resolving hardware issues with PCs, laptops and printers required.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a single point of contact and a customer service focus and the ability to maintain a professional relationship with end users and peers.

They will also possess the ability to effectively organize workload, troubleshoot application problems, maintain organization and respond effectively, as well as work independently and efficiently.
