Legal Secretary/Assistant

Bremer Whyte Brown & O?Meara, LLP is looking for qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years of recent litigation secretarial experience to fill the position of legal secretary in its Woodland Hills office. This is not a position for paralegal. A qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparation of legal documents and filings
  • Calendaring for attorneys
  • Communicating with clients
  • Word processing
  • Assistance with administrative duties in the office as needed, including answering phones and filing
