Legal Assistant/Admin Assistant

Are you a skilled legal assistant seeking a full-time, permanent position in Century City, Los Angeles, CA?

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in trust administration, estate planning, and litigation. Familiarity with drafting legal correspondence related to estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, and litigation is highly valued.

This role involves supporting a shareholder and associate, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, assisting with tax filings, liquidating assets, and distributing trust assets. While litigation experience with state/federal e-filing is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of relevant legal experience supporting attorneys in Trust Administration Legal Matters.
  • Solid administrative skills, excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and iManage.

Details:

  • 100% onsite.
  • Full-time salary range: $34 to $42 hourly.
