Job Description
Responsibilities
Present multiple properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
Confirm rental application data and personal references
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)
Close deals ASAP and consistently work on filling up vacancies by generating more leads
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Skills
Proven working experience with sales/leasing
Appfolio experience is a plus
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices or willingness to learn
Up to date with property market status
MS Office proficient
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
Customer service orientation
Self motivated, ambitious, organized, outgoing
Time management skills a must
Bachelor’s degree
Job Types: Full-time and Starting at $16.00-$22.50 per hour based on experience.
