Primary Responsibilities The Learning Administrator has an important role that involves day-to-day support of a variety of teams including but not limited to the Human Resources team, managers, trainers and employees to ensure that the Learning Management System in place is well-run and available to all.

Reporting to the Head of Quality Management Systems, the Learning Administrator will represent and assist in the coordination of training on SOPs, Policies, and other company-wide training programs and systems related to regulated work.

This role is also responsible for supporting department-related projects, sponsors and/or regulatory inspections as appropriate Responsibilities Ensure the proper use of these systems through regular monitoring, reporting and auditing.

Answer inquiries and provide reporting as needed.

Assess and evaluate existing methods and functions in all areas to identify areas of improvement.

Provide administrative support.

Create training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.

Work with company-wide stakeholders in standardizing training programs.

Maintain up-to-date training matrices.

Communication Internal: Intra and inter-departmental & inter-site interactions External: Sponsors and Regulatory Agencies Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred Experience with regulatory compliance and quality systems preferred Software: MS-Office, Outlook, Cornerstone, Master Control, or other software elements for different business functions as needed Altasciences is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
