Provide top quality coaching to NAMR CT staff
- “Direct” coaching of NAMR CT staff, including:
- Coaching a highly diverse group of Consultants, spanning the US, Canada, and Mexico, across different levels and functional areas
- Coach within and across our portfolio, including 7+ core strategic offerings, using best-practice foundations specific to each offering
- Offerings include: new manager group coaching, business-sponsored one-on-one engagement
- Common topics include: navigating big changes, confidence in communications, sustainable performance
- Overall, utilize your coaching superpowers to help our people awaken awareness, take heart-based and integrated action, and transform

“Indirect” coaching activities that support the above, as well as your own and the team’s coaching development, quality, and impact
- Maintaining timely and accurate coaching data in team systems
- Proactively sharing your coaching expertise and experiences with the team
- “Direct” coaching of NAMR CT staff, including:

Work positively and collaboratively on team-wide, strategic coaching-related priorities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the purpose, vision, priorities, goals, etc. of not only our team, but also of the many systems we live and coach within.
- Support LCCOE’s goals, brand, and evolution.
- As assigned, work in cross-functional groups with LCCOE leaders, other coaches, L&D professionals, business leaders and/or others to further priorities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Who have passion not only for coaching but also applying coaching mindsets, tools, and skills within a corporate system for both individual and systems-level impact. Requirements:
- Masters or ICF PCC-level coaching training and accreditation
- BS/BA required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
Ideal candidates will also have:
- 5+ years of leadership and/or executive coaching experience
- Prior experience in professional services or fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience coaching diverse sets of clients a plus
- Experience in coaching various levels of staff in large, dynamic, and complex environments
- Specialized coaching training and experience, eg group coaching, adult development, Leadership Circle Profile
- Passion and experience for facilitating coaching-related trainings

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
VACCINE MANDATE:

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:

In New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington the base salary is between $138,000- $ 168,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level

Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%
-
5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
-
Zero dollar ($0) health insurance premiums for BCG employees, spouses, and children

Low $5 (USD) copays for trips to the doctor, urgent care visits and prescriptions for generic drugs
-
Dental coverage, including up to $5,000 in orthodontia benefits

Vision insurance with coverage for both glasses and contact lenses annually

Fully vested Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contributions made annually, whether you contribute or not, plus the option for employees to make personal contributions to a 401(k) plan
