Responsibilities in the following areas:
- Lead training program for newly hired servers and oversees ongoing training;
- Maintains server side-work protocol and organization of storage areas;
- Submits nightly service report;
- Updates management team in the productivity of serving staff;
- Assists the manager on duty in managing the floor, including communication between the floor and kitchen.
