LEAD RN

This exceptional RN will support the physician & non-medical staff in the delivery of health care by performing a variety of medically and non-medically related tasks. The RN must be a licensed individual who is able to work in an home-health and clinical-care setting to perform & provide patients exceptional services constructed by our Founder / Medical Director.
DUTIES:

  • Answer patient calls, prepare charts, order in-home services as needed by physician
  • Take vitals, complete inpatient assessments
  • Manage patients, follow up on care plans from physicians
  • Prep for patient visits, charting
  • Administer IV fluids, prepare lab work/specimen collection
  • Assist physician in patient procedures
  • Utilize systems to schedule follow up treatment (EPIC)
  • Accompany the physician during patient visit. (Tele-Med, In-Home, Clinic or Hospital/Facilities)
  • Serve as liaison between home-health companies, venders, and hospitals/facilities.

    Requirements:

  • Current California RN licensure
  • IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal Certification (not required but is a plus)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross).
