Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead development efforts on our 5-star app, with hundreds of thousands of reviews.
- Develop world-class iOS applications
- Use progressive mobile ideas and the latest iOS platform features to build cutting edge user experiences.
- Work alongside our product team to guide new ideas, create prototypes, and build features on the product roadmap.
- Participate in our rapid-delivery Scrum process including sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Advance our engineering excellence through the latest methodologies and tools.
- Build a seamless mobile experience with the rest of the engineering team.
- Be a contributor in leading system architectures and high engineering standards.
Requirements:
- Command of the essentials: Grand Central Dispatch, Core Animation, UI Transitions, StoreKit, APNS, and experience using REST APIs.
- 5+ years of iOS application development with increasing responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest iOS SDK and Swift / SwiftUI.
- Strong proficiency in storyboards and auto-layout.
- Working knowledge of Objective-C.
- Experience with automated unit tests and user story testing.
- Experience with managing remote onshore, as well as offshore team members.
- Drive to explore new technologies and share with fellow team members.
- Ability to take high level ideas in the absence of a spec and drive to completion.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
