Overview

Although these are tough times we are excited to re-launch post-covid. Studeo is many peoples home away from home and they depend on our team to provide light during these dark times. We’re looking for a high-energy, friendly, dependable, organized and results-driven individual with managerial experience! This person is physically fit and possess sound customer service, business, management, sales and marketing skills. Good problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are also essential. First aid qualifications are beneficial.

Job Responsibilities
The facilities manager is the front of house representative that oversees all things front of house related. They make sure that the equipment and machines used are in excellent working condition.

  • Enforce policies, business practices, systems and processes.
  • Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), guest Registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues.
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
