WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Digital Product Management Lead oversees a group or subset of digital features across web and/or mobile app, while leading Digital Product Managers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Defines with Product Managers the product strategy and roadmap for your group of digital features, which is aligned to the LOB, CNB and ultimately Client needs.
Establishes annual goals, OKRs & KPIs for your teams
Evangelize and foster product management best practices, and be a change agent in an evolving digital organization
Deeply understand and empathize the challenges our market, clients and stakeholders face and how our products help to solve them
Partner with UX, Research and Technology Leads to foster and build relationships
Leads with empathy while coaching and mentoring talent; defining and supporting clear career paths for the organization.
Ensure Product Managers are meeting or exceeding compliance polices and procedures.
Responsibility for Hiring, Firing and Performance management of the team or teams
Build, lead, nurture and develop highly motivated & performing, energized and focused digital teams, with a mandate to build a best in class digital organization
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
7+ years of Digital Product Management experience
Experience leading large complex initiatives/features
Skills and Knowledge
MA/MBA a plus
Digital Personal Banking, Financial Services, Fintech experience a plus
Aha!, Jira, Confluence is a plus
Deep understanding of digital banking products and digital experiences
Responsive Web and API cross-channel experience
Knowledge of Design Thinking and BDD methodologies
Agile and SAFe® Methodologies
