Responsibilities include hiring and managing employee relations for the front desk and reservations staff, overseeing the daily operation of services for the account, handling all guest complaints, and following up to ensure accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees the daily operation of the front desk and concierge team, coordinating with other departments as required to manage guest satisfaction.Manages day-to-day operation of the front desk by ensuring staffing, service and financial standards are met.Ensures the day-to-day operation of the front desk meets AAA 5-Diamond standards at all times including appearance standards.Attends management meetings and those that relate to the front desk.Handles guest compliments, complaints and concerns in an appropriate fashion to ensure guest satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
