Lead Business Intelligence Engineer
IMMEDIATE NEED for a Lead BI Engineer to join a hospital in Los Angeles, CA for a full-time, direct hire position that is remote capable with occasional onsite days. Candidates must live within commutable distance to Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will come from a healthcare or hospital environment and have strong experience in Tableau and dashboard visualization.
Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise Business Intelligence solutions and is responsible for running and overseeing the team that design and develops business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and other data views, to meet the needs of customers for various data sources
- Provide consultation and support in the development, analysis, design, and management of a variety of complex data sources to support quality process improvements and waste reduction
- Perform data analysis and management reporting, utilizing software to generate metrics, data discovery applications, dashboards and scorecards.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business intelligence
- Strong experience in SQL Server and ETL
- Proficiency with dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau
- Leadership experience
- Healthcare/hospital industry experience is preferred
