Our property management division in Southern California is seeking to contract with an experienced, local, landscaping or gardening services company to maintain an estate in the North Hollywood, California area.
Routine services include:
Lawn Care
Seasonal Seeding & Reseeding of lawn (seed will be provided)
Monthly trimming of hedges and shrubs
Zone appropriate knowledge of plants and general care
Controlling insects and other plant pests & diseases
Annual Pruning
Seasonal planting of annuals
Working with landscape designers
The monthly service contract compensation is based on experience, expertise, and extent of services provided.
