SUPERVISES: There are no direct reports with this position.  POSITION SUMMARY: The Labor/Workforce Management Analyst will handle advanced labor reporting tasks, analyze labor transactions, and reconcile time and pay records across different business units. The incumbent oversees contract requirements and collaborates with HR, payroll, site management, internal audit, and customer compliance teams to ensure accurate reports and timely submissions. This job class requires detailed knowledge of union agreements, living wage ordinance, wage and hour laws and ability to handle escalated customer service questions and issues.  TYPICAL DUTIES:1. *Perform all labor reporting duties.2. *Conduct advanced reporting and analysis of labor transactions across various contracts and business units.3. *Gather customer requirements for labor reporting changes and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes to systems, employee records, and processes.4. *Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to labor reports, posted time- and pay- transactions, and compliance issues, resolving them promptly.5. *Manage requests from internal customers, auditors and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.6. *Generate standardized reports for government agencies, unions, and approved third parties.7. *Create and deliver various labor reports for management.8. *Assist with hiring and termination processes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation for customer reports.9. *Audit employee change records, time- and pay-related data, staffing plans, coverage reports, and reconcile data between all relevant reports.10. *Develop and maintain end-to-end process documentation and perform training to support staff, as needed.11. *Communicate contract changes and coordinate updates accordingly.12. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.*Denotes essential function  MINIUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Three or more years of workforce management or labor analyst experience;• Ability to handle non-routine issues or new issues and resolve;• Knowledge of features and functions of Enterprise Resource System (ERP), time and attendance systems, and reporting tool such as Power BI;• Advanced analytical skills;• Advanced excel skills including working with macros, lookups, references between documents and data sets, pivot tables;• Advanced ability to build and maintain custom reports;• Knowledge of multi-state and federal wage and hour laws and regulations, including interpretations;• Thorough knowledge of department workflows, processes, systems and requirements;• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests;• Effective written communication skills using appropriate business English;• Computer literacy to use business software, the Internet, enter data/retrieve data;• Human relations skills to build effective working relationships;• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills.  EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

 Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise or in a remote home office setting. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
