Labor & Employment Attorney (8+ Yrs of Exp)
Los Angeles, Irvine, Indian Wells, Ontario, Riverside, CA Nationally recognized law firm has an immediate opening for a Labor & Employment Attorney with 8+ years of experience in employment litigation as well as transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context. Experience with drafting policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, union negotiations, DFEH, EEOC and OSHA regulations, compliance and investigations, and providing sexual harassment avoidance trainings and advice Familiarity with public agency employers a plus Locations: Los Angeles or Irvine locations preferred , however, the attorney may be based in any of the following office locations:
Southern CA: Indian Wells | Irvine | Los Angeles | Ontario | Riverside
