Mid-sized women-owned education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an attorney to join its Labor, Employment and Personnel Practice Group.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience, including the below qualifications:
- Labor, employment and personnel experience
- Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities
- Public entity representation is preferred but not required; and prior school district representation is a plus
- Admission to the California State Bar
The anticipated annual salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $130,000 to $175,000. The final annual salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
