nn nn nn nn nn Must have a complete understanding of processes and tank configurations Be responsible to maintain the chemical and dye tanks to the required spec.
Perform PH testing on the required tanks.
Make additions and adjustments as required.
Pump Out, clean and set up new tank solutions as needed in accordance with EPA or recycling requirements Test for conductivity of solutions and record all readings and test results in appropriate logs.
Review production schedule for the week (note any unique processes).
Conduct process chemical inventory and maintain adequate supply.
Prepare and/or verify all process tank concentrations.
Prepare/Supervise all tank additions.
Oversee the training of all employees for tank additions.
Ensure that daily titration records are maintained and are accurate.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
