Duties
Provide designated patient care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse
Monitor and records intake and output for patients on designated nursing worksheets
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting
Report any noticeable changes in patient’s condition to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner
Help and oversee patients take their prescribed medication
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents
Communicate any important information regarding the patients to their respective families
Maintain patient confidential information and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Proof of COVID vaccination
18 years old and above
Basic Life Support ( BLS) Certification through American Heart Association
High school diploma or GED
Eager to learn
Organized and efficient
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
Ability to pass drug tests
Current proof of a TB test within the last 12 months
