Kantar, VP Growth (Entertainment on Demand) Wordpanel Division Role Description:The VP of Growth’s objective is to win clients for the new Entertainment On Demand Service, providing local and global data to US based Entertainment companies.

Cultivate a wide network of contacts across the Entertainment industry and effectively position and sell this newly launched service.

Develop a commercial plan and successfully execute the plan, to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Working with the global team on product development and client needs to enable the correct evolution of the service design for client success.

Role Requirements:Plan and design commercial approach across relevant client sectorsWorking closely with client service team to build insights to approach prospects withDaily prospecting both face to face and telephoneAnnual revenue budget planning with global headOwnership and delivery of the incremental revenue budgetOnboarding service teams into new clients to ensure smooth transition of relationship to account managementDeveloping our offer to ensure maximum impact and competitive advantageWorking with the Operational lead to improve our collection techniques and data qualitySell and ensure highest quality delivery of multi-country projectsHigh impact and compelling Thought Leadership to engage senior prospectsDrive sales for further profitable country expansionsMaximise commercial opportunities through partnerships with GADs and wider KantarWork with and maximise regional sales by effective communication with your regional counterpartsBe involved in the delivery of marketing materials and PR to support this service Personal ProfileA proven sales record in high-ticket research solutionsA strong networker with a wide range of existing contacts in the entertainment sectorSuccess in building close relationships with senior client contactsA proven “closer” of dealsRelevant sector experienceAn understanding of how panels can be positioned most effectively with different sets of prospects and contactsKnowledge of Worldpanel operations processes.Experience (or knowledge) of large syndicated panel offers and datasetsGlobal commercial experience with clientsDemonstrates a global perspective, collaborates effectively and values differences We go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in.
