ABC7 Los Angeles is looking for an Audience Development Producer to support all of its brands and programs, including Eyewitness News, On The Red Carpet and Localish.
This person will create original and repurpose existing material for digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, as well as publishing to abc7.com.
Responsibilities : Growing the use of the 1 local TV affiliate hashtag in the U.S., abc7eyewitness, through engaging with its users and bestowing rewards.
Responsible for monitoring, moderating and responding to audience comments, and manage social media partnerships with other brands.
Creating and managing all aspects of station promotional sweepstakes including publishing, rules and prize fulfillment.
Coordinate staffing for off-site meetups and events, including setup of promotional booths and video kiosks.
Assist with content and promotional video shoots as needed.
Basic Qualifications : Strong knowledge of writing and social media is a must.
Must be a self-motivated individual who can work alone as well as in a team environment.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate events and offsite activations.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus.
