Junior Scheduler

Duties: 9.1 Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types 9.2 Monitors and actively participates in project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standards 9.3 Obtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information received 9.4 Creates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projects 9.5 Performs Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analyses 9.6 Prepares ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management 10.

Minimum Requirements Required Experience: 10.1 three(3) years full time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projects 10.2 Proficiency in Primavera 15.1 or above and MS Office Suite 10.3 Experience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods Required Skills: 10.4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 10.5 Superior organizational and planning skills 10.6 Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff Required Education: 10.7 Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $70,000.00
– $115,185.00 per year
