DLA Piper’s Los Angeles and Seattle offices seek a junior associate with 2+ years of experience and a solid real estate practice background for its Real Estate Group. Significant experience on multiple types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey review, leasing, and financing is preferred, but substantial experience in some but not all of these types matters will be acceptable. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools as well as prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.
