Junior Producer – Industrial Color LA

The Junior Producer helps manage multiple projects for Industrial Color based in our Los Angeles Arts District location.

He/she/they is the contact for day-to-day Production for assigned clients in the studios including scheduling resources, booking talent, coordinating shoots, managing client relations, project management, coordinating retouching /editing / final deliverables and physical inventory databases as well as supporting the production team as a whole.

The right candidate has a keen understanding of eCommerce + content production with a scalable approach to be able to partner with clients on their evolving content needs.

He/she/they is client focused, loves production, career driven, possesses exceptional skills and is a team player.

Responsibilities Include:

* Partnering with Clients to plan ongoing and upcoming productions.
* Scheduling internal and external resources to ensure clients objectives are completed on time and on budget.

* Prepare final invoicing / reconcile and submit all resource invoices.
* Provide production support on set by managing the schedule and shot list.
* Participate and lead pre-production meetings and post production kick-offs.

Ensure smooth transition of project to various internal stakeholders.

* Owns communication and distributes priority requests for production and post production.
* Track budgeted expenses with accountability to stay within budget.
* Maintain inventory control systems that electronically track status of all physical samples that flow through the department.
* Manage the sample lockups.
* May be required to assist with the preparation of samples for shoots including tagging, assembly, pressing, and styling.
* May be required to support normal day-to-day operations of the studio when necessary.
* Collaborating with inter and intra-departmental team members to complete both short and long term projects on time and on budget.
* Supporting other producers during high volume production times, or while they are out.
* Supporting administrative tasks such as amex reports and billing reconciliation as needed.

Requirements

* At Least 2 Years eCommerce Photography Production, ideally with experience in both PDP and Digital Content
* Strong organization skills with ability to work directly with clients, studio team and crew
* Self-starter with a hunger for continuous process improvement
* Ability to organize time and meet deadlines, manage workflow, ad hoc freelance support team and prioritize effectively; ability to effectively manage downtime
* Team player with a can-do attitude
* Existing network of photography resources is a plus (photographers, models, stylists, digital techs, etc.)
