Summary A reputable law firm is seeking an immediately available Junior HR Analyst.

This is a Temp position until the end of the year.

Client Details A well-known law firm.

Description The job will require: A well versed knowledge of excel Familiarity with HRIS or CRM systems Must be able to support the compensation and time management team Ability to process qualitative and quantitative data Managing large and unique data sets Analyze data and effectively organize and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy.

Profile The successful candidate will have Minimum of 2 years HR experience preferred but not required Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skill Proficiency in excel and Office suite required Ability to partner with senior HR managers Able to communicate with all levels of employees Job Offer Competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
