Well-known company seeks Junior Corporate Paralegal to handle entity formation of domestic entities. The Junior Corporate will report to a general counsel and have mentorship!
This Corporate Paralegal will be working a 40 hour week and the Corporate Paralegal opening is paid hourly with full benefits. This position will be returning onsite 5 days per week in July. The ideal Corporate Paralegal will be willing to work onsite and local to metro Los Angeles.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of corporate transactional experience, including entity formation (previous experience can come from a firm or company)
