• Required Qualifications
Floor Tech/Project Crew provides floor maintenance, including but not limited to; vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery. Window cleaning, ability to use a tucker pole. Trainee to possess knowledge of the operation, use, and care of Floor Scrubbers, Side by Side, Burnisher, Vacuum Chariot, Extractors, and Pressure Washer.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, stoop, reach high and low, a professional demeanor at all times, no visible tattoos or willing to cover them during work time, excellent attendance, and the ability to work at a fast/urgent pace. Ability to empty trash/recycling and take it to the dumpsters, clean restrooms, clean lobbies, clean offices, dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, clean bathrooms, and other general cleaning duties as needed/assigned.
All Floor Tech/Project Crew will perform other cleaning services. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend assignments.
Experience using cleaning machinery, including bonnets, scrubbing machines, buffing machines, and carpet extractors.
Waxers/Floor Tech/Project Crew
8 hours shifts, usually evening start time.
Monday-Friday, some weekends required
$15.00/hour, depending on the experience
Driving is required
Background check required
Drug test Required
Tuberculosis test required.
Driving record required
