Sichel Family Apartments is an affordable housing community comprises of 37 units, in Los Angeles, CA.

Clinton Family Apartments is an affordable housing community comprises of 36 units, in Los Angeles, CA.

Coronita Family Apartments is an affordable housing community comprises of 21 units, in Los Angeles, CA.

Union Point Apartments is an affordable housing community comprises of 21 units, in Los Angeles, CA.

The Porter is responsible, under the direction of the site manager, for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the community Who We Are Solari Enterprises, Inc.

is a full-service property management company with communities throughout California, specializing in all aspects of multifamily affordable housing since 1993.

Duties and Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining the following areas: Pool Area Hallways and Entry way Community Living/ Dining Room Laundry Rooms Bathrooms Trash Area Assist maintenance technician with work orders and preparing units for re-renting to new residents Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial/ porter duties General understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skills Possession of a valid California driver’s license Proof of auto insurance Reliable transportation Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at an apartment complex Compensation: Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time Benefits Matching 401k (Employer Match) EOE Company Description Solari Enterprises, Inc.
