-Offering exceptional customer service to guests

-Recognizing first-time guests, as well as regulars, and developing a repertoire with customers
-Using the Point of Sale system
-Performing cash handling and checkout procedures correctly
-Attending to all side work such as cleaning, stocking, etc.
