Hello all! Thank you so much for your interest in this great position! This client is a MAJOR supermarket chain, food provider and restaurant primarily in the Latinx Communities! They are searching for a top-notch IT Helpdesk Lead to join their main location in Sylmar.
If you have experience in this field, this would be a great full-time position that is temp to hire!
The hours are First Shift 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday. This position pays $25-$34 an hour!
As a Helpdesk Lead, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient help desk support while being able to lead your Helpdesk team!
Other duties include:
- Maintain and repair desktops, laptops and workstations etc…
- Prioritizing incidents and providing updates while being a quick problem solver
- Being the Administrator of the Active Directory System and Office 365
- Isolating, diagnosing and resolving Customer Support issues and basic trouble shooting
- Looking for ways to optimize and enhance your IT department and services
- Occasionally working with other departments on projects, training and support
Job Requirements:
This client is looking for a candidate that qualifies with the following:
- You must have High School Diploma or higher level of Education
- At least 4 years of Help Desk experience or more
- At least 2 years working as a lead in either IT or Help Desk roles
- You must have a solid understanding of Windows 10, MS Office and all Office 365 applications
- You must have networking experience, a demonstrate understanding of VPN, LAN, WAN and Wireless networks
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
