In this vital role you will support developing and maintaining a vision for how technology can be used to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure increasing the value of investments made.

Partner with business collaborators to understand solution struggles, troubleshoot complex planning issues, and propose long term solutions Responsible for design/configure different resources like worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, etc.

Monitor Rapid Response performance and drive automation opportunities Conduct solution workshops with business partners and process stewards Perform data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation in Kinaxis Rapid Response Perform data harmonization across different ERP Source systems connected with Kinaxis Rapid Response Oversee training activities for business users for Kinaxis Rapid Response applications & processes Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

The professional we seek is a Technical Product Owner
– IBP with these qualifications.

Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree Or Masters degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience Or Bachelors degree and 5 years of Information Systems experience Or Associates degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience Preferred Qualifications Strong functional knowledge in the following Kinaxis applications: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MEIO, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, S&OP Strong knowledge of the standard business processes and important control settings and data models for the above applications in Kinaxis Expertise in data integration using groundbreaking software tools as Talend.

Experience with data flows from ERP Source systems to Rapid Response and vice versa (for Closed Loop) Knowledge of AWS technical stack (S3, EC2, Redshift) GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical regulations and business principles Knowledge of sprint-based planning and estimations required for implementation Excellent communicator who can write and speak about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences Consistent track record of taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision Thrive Some of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
