IP Secretary

Leading national law firm is seeking an experience Real Estate Legal Secretary with at least 5 years of commercial real estate experience to join their Los Angeles office.

This position will be responsible for coordinating new client matters,  processing documents related to closings, and providing overall support to the attorneys. The role requires a strong knowledge of the closing process and what is needed at each stage and solid redlining experience.
