Inventory Associate – MWS – Los Angeles, CA

**Description****Zone Starting Wage: $16.50****Position Overview:**The MWS Inventory Associate has previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and is responsible for directing the warehouse inventory counters in manufacturing and warehouse inventories across various locations.

MWS Inventory Associates are the face of RGIS and embody the core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation.**Essential Responsibilities:**+ Focuses on Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Specialty inventory events+ Completes RGIS count reconciliation processes, and directs customers on completing tablet verifications+ Provides direction to warehouse counters, performs first counts, performs first count verifications on warehouse counters, and executes the inventory plan+ Exhibits exemplary customer service, including, but not limited to, professional and timely communication, a sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levels**Required Qualifications & Skills:**+ Previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required+ Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation+ Must be at least 18 years old+ Willingness to travel with overnights included**Preferred Qualifications & Skills:**+ Familiarity of warehouse heavy equipment (i.e.

forklifts, scissor lifts)+ Familiarity with warehouse bin locations, and labeling systems used in warehouses+ Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred+ Prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or retail setting preferred**Working Conditions:**This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and/or plane, including overnight stays; the ability to work for extended periods of time (10-12 hours per event).

– you’ll be bending, kneeling and climbing ladders; so you’re either on your feet or knees the entire inventory.+ When counting, you can use a finger scanner to scan each item’s barcode, which sends the information to a portable device at your waist, or use the device itself as a handheld scanner instead.

Be prepared to do repetitive actions.+ Accuracy is everything!

You have an eagle eye for detail and pride yourself in making sure everything is correct.+ Efficiency is everything!
