- Receiving incoming merchandise/product.
- Controlling meticulously the quality of the incoming and outgoing merchandises.
- Picking and Packing wholesale and Online orders and issuing corresponding invoices in Netsuite.
- Creating shipping labels and shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Following up with DHL/Fedex on deliveries (inbound and outbound) and ensuring they have all needed documentations to process shipments in a timely manner.
- Informing Product manager about defective incoming merchandise/product.
- Processing merchandise/product per the established procedures.
- Preparing merchandise/product for the AHLEM stores.
- Managing all shippers (DHL/Fedex) related issues.
- Leading and organizing the bi-yearly inventory counts and entering the counts in Netsuite.
- Answering phone calls and wholesale clients requests when Sales Support is not available.
- Completing projects as assigned by Sales Support and Production manager.
- Must be located in Los Angeles
- Experience in eyewear is preferred
