Empties all trash receptaclesVacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areasDuties may include the use of a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting maintenance team members as neededGeneral maintenance experienceGeneral knowledge of maintenance repair and servicePositive attitude and ready to workAbility to work weekend hours as required
