International Supply Chain Coordinator

The International Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and processing global trampoline replacement part and new park build orders, which includes management of the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

Manages the order processing & fulfillment process for replacement parts with multiple vendors/manufacturers
* Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with customer service standards
* Maintains updated customer contact information
* Maintains updated product database & SKU system
* Coordinates with accounting team for billing and reconciliation
* Coordinates remote consolidation of shipments
* Manages all new park build and replacement part international export shipments, including modification of documentation sets to conform to destination country’s requirements
* Manages supply chain of internal products through contracted 3PL warehouses
* Monitors inventory stocking levels across 3PL warehouses and issues PO’s as needed
* Solicits quotations from multiple freight forwarders to find lowest cost solutions for global freight shipments

Qualifications

*
Bachelor degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience
* Minimum two (2) years’ experience in order processing and customer service preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people at all levels within the organization and with external vendor / supplier contacts
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
* Ability to work both independently and as a cross functional member of a team
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines
* Ability to solve problems and address customer service issues
* Great organizational and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and demonstrate critical thinking skills
