An outstanding Los Angeles, California Hospital is looking for an Interim Coordinator of Disability Management to join their HR department.

The Interim Disability Coordinator will play a huge role within the Human Resources Department. The Disability Management Coordinator will perform duties in: Project Management, Employee Relations, training, employment, affirmative action, employment equity programs and benefits management. The Disability Coordinator will:
- Maintain employee and applicant documentation as directed by governing agencies
- Manage and track employee disciplinary action.
- Coach, counsel and guide managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and process Unemployment Notices of Entitlement
- Act as an employee relations specialist.
- Monitors tardy and absenteeism
- Reports vacation, sick, personal day and holiday use to payroll and scheduling.
- Distributes and monitors employee performance evaluations
