nnWe are currently assisting a law firm client with a search for two IP Administrators on a direct hire basis.
We are also looking for IP Administrators on a temporary basis as well.
Duties include: preparing documents for USPTO Office filings, handling administrative aspects of U.S.
patent prosecution matters, tracking case dockets, maintaining patent application files, drafting documents and maintaining spread sheets, coordinate travel arrangements and inputting time and billing information.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Legal Assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Previous experience electronically filing with USPTO, experience with CPI and IPDAS, exposure to international procedures preferred and strong attention to detail.
This position is remote until COVID restrictions are lifted.
