Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global Medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an Risk Management Analyst.____________________________________________________________________________ NOTE: THIS IS 100% REMOTE ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship Position: Risk Management Analyst (Job Id: CFNJP00040312)Location: Franklin Lakes NJ 07417Duration: 6 Months Possible Extension__________________________________________________________________________ Description:Analyst, Risk Management Position reports to the Associate Director, Risk Management.

This position provides support to the Associate Director and other members of the Insurance Risk Management Team (the Team) in the administration of insurance programs, data management and analysis.

In addition, this position will support the Team s work in the area of Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management, which are currently under development.

Duties may be reassigned from time to time to rebalance workload due to shifting priorities or special projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Budgets The associate is responsible for managing (with support from the Director): Gathering insurance cost estimates and creating budgets and allocations Ensuring the accuracy of the department invoice tracker Working with other team members to ensure prompt payment of invoices Insurance Management The associate is responsible for: Supporting the cyber insurance renewal (with direction from the Director) Primary casualty data gathering and support Aviation Policy Supporting the Director in the management of cyber insurance related claims Review binders and check policies for all assigned programs.

Contracts reviews Reviewing contracts for insurance and indemnity provisions Collaborate with other team members on initiatives related to improving process and efficiency Risk Management Information The associate will be proficient in the operation of Origami and such other tools as may from time to time be used by the Team Coordinate with Team members to ensure accurate tracking of location codes for claims and for use in allocations including tracking openings and closings Maintain Intranet content for policy information (all lines) Other Day to Day Responsibilities Create and distribute various reports, spreadsheets and graphics for meetings/presentations Handle routine inquiries relative to risk and insurance programs and practices Manage notice to insurers of claims matters as directed or needed Processing of invoices Assimilate new acquisitions into risk and insurance programs as directed Knowledge and Skills Technical An understanding of fundamentals of insurance and risk issues including contractual risks such as indemnities and limitations of liability Strong proficiency MS Excel Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams Analytical skills for creating insightful and actionable reporting and analysis ___________________________________________________________________________ If you’re looking for rewarding employment and a company that puts its employees first, we’d like to work with you.
